Trinbago Knight Riders secure services of Quinton de Kock

Mumbai, India - Barbados Tridents batter, Roston Chase has expressed his delight at joining the Amazon Warriors for the upcoming season of the Global Super League (GSL). The right-handed batsman, who has played 45 Tests and 29 One-Day Internationals for the West Indies, is expected to bring a wealth of experience and firepower to the Amazon Warriors' batting lineup.

Chase, who was part of the Barbados Tridents team that won the inaugural edition of the GSL in 2017, said he was excited to join the Amazon Warriors and play alongside some of the world's best players. "I am very excited to be a part of the Amazon Warriors. It is a great franchise with a lot of history and success. I am looking forward to playing alongside some of the world's best players and contributing to the team's success," Chase said.

Along with Chase, two other Caribbean players, Chris Jordan and Ravi Rampaul, have also been signed by the Jamaica Tallawahs for the upcoming season of the GSL. Jordan, a right-arm fast bowler, and Rampaul, a left-arm fast-medium bowler, are both experienced international cricketers who have represented the West Indies in various formats of the game.

Meanwhile, the Trinbago Knight Riders have secured the services of South African wicketkeeper-batter Quinton de Kock for the upcoming season of the GSL. De Kock, who has played 54 Tests, 124 ODIs, and 78 T20Is for South Africa, is one of the most destructive batters in world cricket. He is expected to form a formidable opening partnership with Lendl Simmons for the Knight Riders.
