Country Superstar Sets Opening Date, Menu Highlights
Restaurant will open on March 16th
Country music star Tim McGraw, 56, has announced the opening date of his Las Vegas restaurant. Johnny Cash's Kitchen and Saloon will welcome its first diners at 4 p.m. on March 16.
The restaurant is named after McGraw's late father-in-law, country music legend Johnny Cash.
The restaurant will be located at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino. It will feature a menu of classic American comfort food, with a focus on Southern cuisine.
Some of the menu highlights include:
- Johnny's Fried Chicken: Buttermilk-fried chicken served with mashed potatoes and gravy.
- June's Pulled Pork: Slow-smoked pulled pork served on a bun with coleslaw and barbecue sauce.
- Folsom Prison Biscuits: Oversized biscuits served with honey butter.
The restaurant will also have a full bar, serving a variety of cocktails, beer, and wine.
