The University of Oregon Ducks football team has clinched a spot in the 2024 Discover Big Ten Football Championship Game after an impressive 38-21 victory over the Washington Huskies on Saturday, November 25, 2023.
The Ducks clinched the berth in the inaugural championship game by winning the Big Ten West Division with a 9-3 record in conference play, finishing one game ahead of the Wisconsin Badgers. The victory over the Huskies marked Oregon's sixth win in a row, and it improved the Ducks' overall record to 10-3 for the season.

In their first season as a member of the Big Ten Conference, the Ducks have exceeded expectations, posting a 10-3 record and earning a spot in the conference championship game. They have done so behind a strong defense that ranks among the top 10 in the nation in several categories, including scoring defense (16.7 points per game), total defense (303.3 yards per game), and pass defense (176.3 yards per game).
The Ducks' offense has also been impressive, averaging over 400 yards per game and scoring 35.3 points per game. Quarterback Bo Nix has been a key part of the offense's success, passing for 2,763 yards and 28 touchdowns with just six interceptions. Running back Bucky Irving has also been a key contributor, rushing for 1,119 yards and 12 touchdowns.
