How to Play Six Kings

Materials

* Standard deck of 52 cards

Goal

* To be the first player to get rid of all their cards.

Setup

* Deal 10 cards to each player. * Place the remaining cards face down in a pile in the center of the table. This is the draw pile. * Turn the top card of the draw pile face up and place it next to it. This is the discard pile.

Gameplay

* The player to the left of the dealer goes first. * On your turn, you can do one of the following: * Play a card from your hand that matches the rank or suit of the top card on the discard pile. * Draw a card from the draw pile. * If you cannot play a card, you must draw a card from the draw pile. * If you draw a card that you can play, you can play it immediately. * If you draw a card that you cannot play, your turn is over. * The game continues until one player gets rid of all their cards.

Six Kings

* If the top card on the discard pile is a King, the next player must play a King of the same suit. * If the next player does not have a King of the same suit, they must draw a card from the draw pile. * If the player draws a King of the same suit, they can play it and the game continues. * If the player does not draw a King of the same suit, they must skip their turn.

Winning

* The first player to get rid of all their cards wins the game.

Tips

* Pay attention to the cards that have been played. This will help you to know what cards are left in the draw pile. * Try to get rid of your high cards first. This will make it easier to get rid of your low cards later. * If you have a lot of cards, try to play them in groups. This will help you to get rid of them faster. * Don't be afraid to draw cards from the draw pile. This is the only way to get rid of your cards.
