Football: Ticket sales for Bahrain-China game launched

Manama, Bahrain – Ticket sales have been launched for Bahrain's upcoming friendly football match against China.

The match will be played at the Bahrain National Stadium in Riffa on 23rd March 2023, and tickets are priced at 5 Bahraini Dinar for Category 1 seats and 3 Bahraini Dinar for Category 2 seats.

Tickets can be purchased online via the Bahrain Football Association website or at the Bahrain National Stadium ticket office.

The match will be Bahrain's first international friendly since their participation in the FIFA Arab Cup 2021 in Qatar, where they reached the quarter-finals.

China, meanwhile, will be using the match as preparation for their upcoming AFC Asian Cup 2023 campaign, which will be held in Qatar from 16th June to 16th July.

The match is expected to attract a large crowd, as it will be the first time that Bahrain and China have met in a football match since 2015.

Bahrain will be hoping to continue their good form, having won their last two matches against Jordan and Kuwait.

China, on the other hand, will be looking to improve their recent form, having lost their last two matches against Japan and South Korea.
